Strength:
Test 2 athletes need to record for scores
Work Up to 90% to 100% of 1 rep max Deadlift then perform the following:

1 Rep Max Deadlift
Max Set of Handstand Push-Ups
*score is Deadlift weight multiplied by HSPU reps
*complete 3 Rounds of the above, rest and drop weight as needed

WOD:

4 Rounds for time of: (or 20 min)
22 Burpee Pull-ups
22 Back Squat
