Our goal is to build young athletes who can demonstrate and use sound technique within guided workouts in all of the following:


- Basic Barbell and Dumbbell

- Basic Kettlebell

- Bodyweight Exercises

- Running / Jumping

- Plyometrics / Agility

- Basic Boxing

- Yoga

- Mobility / Flexibility


We combine these elements throughout the week to introduce our kids to a healthy balance of work and recovery.

In addition, we begin some preliminary conversations about nutrition for those kids who are interested.

We have worked hard to create a rewarding and successful youth program since we opened in 2009.

We train kids who show up having almost no athletic experience and those who have been competing for years.

Our Coaches specialize in working closely with each individual student, no matter where they begin.
