New to CrossFit?
You do not need to have any CrossFit experience before starting, and we welcome all fitness and ability levels. There is no minimum standard of fitness required for CrossFit. Come as you are, and there is no better day to start then today.
When you start with us coaches spend time every day, for as long as it takes, to familiarize you with the movements and allow for you to move both safely and efficiently. This does not ever cease however. We focus on individualized training in a class environment.
Our classes meet Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday throughout the week. We also have some additional training on Wednesday for skill development and mobility.
If you're on time, you're late. We start training AT the times above, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your class.
