One of my biggest flaws in life is that I do not read enough and it is a resolution for every new year.  However there is a great thing out there called a Podcast where I can learn about cool shit and not have to read it (I am reading more too so I'm not totally lazy).  A Podcast is great for my commute, mowing the lawn, or if I am laying in bed trying to ignore my wife'e reality TV.  

There is one weekly Podcast, in particular, that provides a wealth of great content that applies to CrossFit, general fitness, wellness, and life in general, Barbell Shrugged.  You may have seen various episodes featured on the Facebook page but we, your coaches, wanted to compile a list of 28 that we feel are absolute must listens.  Start from the first one on the list and then follow them one by one or just listen to a few that sound interesting.  You will not be disappointed, I promise.
